We are Foxconn

… it’s not just where I work, it’s who I work with

Markéta Kršková

After school, I was considering where to work and Foxconn was the clear choice. I started 11 years ago as an assistant in one of the divisions of the company. Over time I progressed to the role of HR Specialist. After the first year in HR, I was given the opportunity to work on the implementation of the attendance system. This is exactly the direction in which I wanted to continue my development and I participated in the implementation of several other IT systems in HR. When Foxconn decided to implement one of the best HR systems in the world, Success Factors, I got the opportunity to be there. Work is sometimes challenging, but I have no regrets at all. On the most recent project, I believe that our efforts mean that myFox will work well for all employees in Foxconn.

I come from the Gobi-Altaj area, located in the western part of Mongolia. I graduated from the University of Economics in Ulaanbaatar and came to the Czech Republic in the late 1990s. I have been working for Foxconn in Pardubice since 2007, where I started in an administrative position. In my current role I help foreign employees across the company. I find this job really fulfilling and when I see satisfied colleagues I believe that joining Foxconn was a really good and meaningful decision for me. Besides my work, my greatest pleasure is my family and time spent with my grandchildren.

I joined Foxconn in Kutná Hora after graduating from college in February 2012, it was very difficult to get a job at that time. Foxconn gave me the chance and I joined the planning and order management department. After two years I reached the position of specialist within the team and two years after that I became the supervisor of a three-member team. Leading this small team to participate in new projects has been very satisfying. A while later, I applied for a Program Manager position and was successful. Now I'm working with a great team of people that I really relate to both professionally and personally, I am very happy.
